We are seeking a Software QA Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities within a complex technical environment. This role is hybrid, with some on-site work required in South Carolina. Candidates must reside in South Carolina and be living in an SBA-designated HubZone at the time of employment offer.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform system, regression, and user interface testing for technical solutions
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on business and technical requirements
- Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and results across the SDLC
- Conduct negative testing, usability testing, and automated test scripting
- Provide detailed analysis of test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Support defect tracking, triage, retesting, and final resolution
- Generate quality documentation and ensure testing aligns with governance policies and best practices
Required Skills:
- 5 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases
- 5 years building test cases and scenarios in test environments
- 3 years with healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes
- 3 years experience reporting open issues during testing phases and communicating clearly with developers
- 3 years hands-on experience with formal test design tools
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years experience in large enterprise or e-business systems
- 3 years with manual or automated testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence)
- 3 years working within standard SDLC (waterfall and Agile methodologies)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field
- Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for formal education
Certifications:
- No certifications required
- Technical or project management certifications a plus

Pay: $58,284.59 - $81,839.00 per year
