MAILROOM ASSOCIATES
Cypress, CA
18.00 / hr.
Allotted 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm (OT possible) including some Saturdays
Job Details
Work On-site in the mailroom
Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
Open mail and separate contents
Sort mail
Prep mail for scanning
Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review
Requires sitting and / or standing for lengthy periods of time
Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
Strong attention to detail
Requirements
Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug screening
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Some experience working in mail center
Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
1-2 years in a working environment
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
