Job Description : Independent Contracted- 1 year of experience driving box trucks ranging from 16 to 24 feet, along with experience operating long wheelbase, high-roof Mercedes Sprinter vans.Position : Independent Contractor - Box Truck / Sprinter Van Driver Location : Tri State Area (Home Daily) Job Type : Contract Shift : Flexible, including weekendsJob Overview : We are seeking a reliable and experienced Independent Contractor to join our logistics team as a Box Truck / Sprinter Van Driver. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.Key Responsibilities : Operate box trucks and sprinter vans to transport goods safely and efficiently.Ensure timely delivery of shipments while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.Handle loading and unloading of cargo as necessary. (must be able to lift 60lbs)Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 1 year of documented driving experience with box trucks or sprinter vans.
