Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a sales-driven, entrepreneurial leader to oversee the continued expansion of our client in the United States. The primary focus is on selling the full product portfolio in the Track & Turf Machines segment, while also expanding strategic customer and partner relationships, developing complementary service offerings, and professionalizing the existing after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active expansion of sales and development of regional sales strategies and forecasting structures
- Full responsibility for strategy, business development, and operational leadership of the U.S. subsidiary (P&L, budget, reporting)
- Systematic development of the customer and partner network (including key accounts)
- Identification and gradual development of new market segments, e.g., in services (cleaning/maintenance)
- Professionalization and positioning of the existing after-sales service (repairs, spare parts supply) as an integral part of the brand experience.
- Building and leading a high-performing local team (Sales, technical, Administration)
- Regular coordination with the headquarters regarding technology, product availability, service, and marketing
- Active market presence at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Your Profile
- Degree in business
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in Track & Turf machinery
- Experience in Market or Company development – preferably in North America
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in sales management, pricing strategies, and CRM systems
- Excellent English skills at native level; German skills are a plus.
- Intercultural competence, confident demeanor, high resilience
Desirable Experience :
- Experience in sports field construction, public projects, or municipal decision- making processes
- Technical understanding of machinery, repair processes, and customer-focused service
