Unique Opportunity for Married Couples

We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for our students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Reside on-campus in student homes with a group of approximately 8-12 students
• Provide guidance and nurturing to students
• Drive, administer medication, budget, and report as needed

Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and valid U.S. driver's license required
