What Will You Do?
The Role:
The Sales Training Specialist I will deliver outstanding sales and service results on a consistent basis; as well as attract, develop, and maintain industry-leading talent.
- Deliver engaging virtual (web-based), live, and on-the-job training content.
- Partner effectively with subject matter experts to develop robust training curriculum for various roles within the sales organization.
- Maintain training curriculum to ensure sustained organizational impact.
- Inspire frontline employees and sales leaders through real-time coaching.
- Collaborate and communicate with sales teams to ensure learning needs are being met.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress; monitor and measure effectiveness of programs.
- Determine training needs by consulting with sales leaders, observing sales encounters and analyzing sales results.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal network.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
- Motivates and inspires teams through training, facilitation and providing feedback
- Ability to manage the full training cycle (in-person or we-based)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 1 years insurance sales experience
- 2 years sales training experience
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
