Pay Rate:$18.00/ HR on W2
Shift Hours: M-F 8-5
Description:
This position is for the specific purpose of confirming telephone numbers listed in our provider directory. If an incorrect number is found, this role would also use public search options to find the correct number. Then that corrected number with the specific provider details will be entered into a provided template and provided to the manager.
Responsibilities:
Outbound telephone outreach to provider offices
Verify practice/mailing addresses and phone numbers
Document updates and verification results
Experience
0-1 year- Demonstrated effective keyboard skills; able to navigate with a computer/systems-dependent environment without assistance; experience in a window-based computer environment preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding and ICD9 coding preferred
Education
High School diploma or GED Equivalent
