The Server Assistant will work in Congressional's House Grill Restaurant and assist servers in providing excellent food and beverage service to members and guests of Congressional.
Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.
What will be expected of you:
- Assisting and providing service to members and guests
- Promptly clearing and resetting all tables
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness by cleaning tables and chairs
- The sweeping floor under tables as part of the table resetting process
- Supporting the restaurant team by polishing silverware promptly
- Serving bread and butter
- Pouring water when the table is sat and continuously throughout the shift
- Assisting servers in any capacity necessary to make the shift run smoothly
