What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Conlin Properties?
Conlin Properties is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our Des Moines metro aprartment complex's.
Qualified candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repair work. Must be able to work with limited supervision.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to use during the work day, own set of tools, and successful work history which can be verified.
Benefits include: Base salary and comprehensive benefit package including health, dental and vision insurance, long-term disability, basic life, and 401k with employee match. Hourly rate will depend on experience.
We offer a tool allowance annually and work clothing and other incentives such as gift cards for additional shifts worked. Our work week is Monday - Friday, 8-5 with an hour lunch and appropriate breaks during the day. We offer a family based community culture with a local corporate office and Maintenence Coordinator and Maintenance LEADS for support.
