ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be working full-time at our Wauwatosa, WI location, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Your expertise will be felt throughout the week as you guide and mentor our team to new heights.
As a Chiropractic Assistant Trainer - Continuous Improvement Specialist, every day is an opportunity to make an impact. You start your mornings by training new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
Throughout the day, you're continuously training current staff, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with our brand standards and best practices.
You're the go-to person for identifying areas where we can improve and leading weekly all-team trainings. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care our patients expect, and your work helps create a cohesive, efficient team across all locations.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous training or office managerial experience (preferred)
