What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep/ Trim Assistant position at Connect Staffing?
This person will assist the ladies in our prep/trim areas with preparing metal inserts for use in pressing the rubber parts. This includes cleaning the metal parts (inserts) and applying special chemicals to the metal pieces using a paintbrush. They will do intricate trimming (cutting off) of excess rubber from completed parts which is part of the finishing process before shipment to Eutsler’s customers. Note that It really helps if this person has small hands and good vision. Starting pay is $15.25 an hour
