What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy Aide position at Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy?
Seeking a Therapy Aide to join our team!
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive with a variety of tasks and enjoy working in a pediatric environment! Applicants will need to embrace flexibility in workflow, take initiative, and have a natural tendency to be organized. The Therapy Aide supports the day-to-day functions of the clinic, whether that is cleaning and preparing materials for therapists or helping at the front desk.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support therapists by cleaning, organizing and maintaining inventory of treatment rooms.
- Support therapists by maintaining and producing materials.
- Monthly safety checks for office and therapy equipment.
- Support the front desk when needed: including taking calls, scheduling and check in.
- Implement health and safety protocols including frequent cleaning of high traffic spots in clinic.
This position does not require certification or licensure. It does require full vaccination in accordance with OHA's guidance concerning healthcare facilities.
