Required Skills

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and vital sign collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic life support training (e.g., CPR, first aid)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required)
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Certification in specialized areas, such as phlebotomy or medication administration
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification program completion preferred *1-2 years of experience as a CNA, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care
  
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Completion of a background check and any required screenings (e.g., TB test, flu vaccination)
