CT Institute For Commmunities, Inc. (CIFC), the sponsor of the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program, seeks to hire a part-time (22.5 hours per week) Program Assistant. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, interviewing & enrolling WIC program participants into an electronic database. Maintaining accurate documentation, and current, complete files of program participants to assure compliance with State regulations.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (A.A preferred) and one (1) or more years of medical office and/or clerical related work experience; Strong computer skills required: Excel, Word, etc. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
