Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Quality Manager
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Be able to read blue prints
  • Understand Metals that machine shops work with.
