Key Responsibilities

Shipment Support : Assist in coordinating the end-to-end process of international shipments, including scheduling and tracking.
Documentation Assistance : Help prepare and review essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
Vendor Coordination : Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
Client Support : Provide updates to clients regarding shipment status and resolve inquiries under supervision.
Regulatory Compliance : Learn about and assist in ensuring shipments comply with international trade regulations.
Problem-Solving : Contribute to resolving logistical challenges that arise during transit.
