Estimator
Estimate complex and large-scale jobs, including conceptual estimates, negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying up-to-date on industry developments applicable to estimating. Assist preconstruction with constructability and document reviews, prepare quantity take-offs, and participate in business development activities, presentations and interviews.
Required Skills

Required Experience
- BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
- 5 years’ experience in the construction estimating field.
- Proficient in specialized estimating software.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Salary : $106,000 - $134,000
