Position Summary:
The Finance and Hospitality Manager oversees the financial team responsible for managing funding for member debit cards and reconciling corporate card transactions related to medical travel arrangements. This role involves overseeing the payment of hotel invoices, submitting administrative billing, and monitoring member experiences to ensure satisfaction. The manager conducts and oversees inspections on hotels to assess safety, quality, and patient experience, while also negotiating rates, amenities, and contracts with hotels and shuttle services. Travel is required to perform on-site evaluations and maintain strong partnerships.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage funding and reconciliation for member debit and corporate cards.
- Process hotel invoices and administrative billing.
- Monitor and enhance member experience during travel.
- Conduct safety and quality spot checks at partner hotels.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels and shuttle services.
- Travel as necessary to oversee operations and strengthen vendor relationships.
- Other possible duties as may be assigned.
- Reports to Vice President of Advanced Care Programs.
