Your Role
As a Lead Tower Technician, you set the standard in the field. You guide crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure every site is completed safely, efficiently, and to CTS quality expectations.
- Lead daily work plans and field execution
- Perform complex installations including antennas, mounts, coax, fiber, and radios
- Mentor technicians and support skill development
- Maintain a jobsite culture focused on safety and accountability
- Review drawings and scope before and during work
- Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership

- Crews work efficiently and return home safe every day
- Work meets or exceeds customer and CTS standards
- Technicians grow under your leadership
- Projects stay on track through strong communication
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of hands-on tower or wireless construction experience
- Proven ability to lead crews in active field environments
- Comfortable working at heights of 150 feet
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- CPR / First Aid / NWSA
- Experience with multiple carriers
