The Closer will be responsible for a wide range of duties relative to providing residential loan closing support.
What you will do for Constructive Capital:
- Work directly with borrowers, brokers, Title/Escrow Agents, and Origination teams to ensure a timely and accurate loan closing
- Generate and review loan closing package that is accurate and meets product/program requirements
- Review and approve loan settlement/closing statement to ensure it meets guidelines, product/program, and company policies
- Review and approve executed loan closing documents for accuracy and ensure all requirements are met
- Prepare and request loan funds accurately and timely
- Collaborate and assist Post Closing and Secondary Market teams resolve post-close curative items expediently and accurately
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service experience
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What you will bring to Constructive Capital:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Residential mortgage loan closing experience
