Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to provide excellent service and address inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s insurance offerings, ensuring you can provide accurate and thorough guidance to customers.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed in-office sales goals by presenting insurance options that meet customer needs and offering additional products when appropriate.
- Quoting and Applications: Create and present detailed insurance quotes, explain policy terms, and guide customers through the application process.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and industry standards to ensure a seamless and ethical sales process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices that contribute to overall success.

Qualifications
Experience/Skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual Spanish
Education/Licensing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have Property and Casualty License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
