Job SummaryContego Spa Designs, Inc. is expanding and seeking a full-time Customer Service & Operations Support professional to join our front office team. This role is critical in supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating shipping, and assisting with service requests.The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and provide professional, courteous customer serviceClearly communicate with customers throughout the order and service processCreate sales orders and process customer payments accuratelyCoordinate shipping, print and attach shipping labels, and pack small to medium partsAssist with troubleshooting service requests; training will be providedDevelop strong product knowledge to educate customers on service scope and pricing for repairsFollow up with customers to resolve concerns and maintain positive long-term relationshipsMaintain professionalism when interacting with customers, vendors, and team membersFollow all company guidelines, policies, and proceduresSupport general office and operational tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsFluent in English and Vietnamese (Required)1–3 years of customer service and/or support experienceAbility to multitask and manage multiple phone linesStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWorks well in a collaborative team environmentProficient with computers: typing, Email, Word, Excel, Teams chat, etc.Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight logistics is a plusBasic technical aptitude; training will be providedAbility to lift up to 30 poundsFlexible availability, including weekends as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive wages: $20–$22/hour (DOE)Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k)Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (100% company-sponsored)Insurance benefits begin after completion of the probationary periodLong-term growth opportunity within a stable and respected companyFair Chance Hiring StatementPeople with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
