Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensing Administrator to join our client for a temporary to hire opportunity in Mount Laurel, NJ! As the Licensing Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle licensing documents by working directly with state motor vehicle agencies and internal teams, providing excellent customer service, and troubleshooting issues related to vehicle licensing. This role offers $22/hour!
Responsibilities of the Licensing Administrator Include:
- Coordinate with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies to process client vehicle licensing requirements for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment.
- Accurately complete state licensing documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted on time.
- Provide support and recommendations to internal and external clients on vehicle licensing best practices.
- Research and stay informed of changes in state laws and licensing requirements, communicating updates across departments.
- Proactively troubleshoot licensing delays and ensure licensing deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- 1 year of administrative experience; knowledge of DMV regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
