What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Signal Technician position at Conti Corporation?
Job Description
· Perform the maintenance function for traffic signal controllers and cabinets, and perform basic troubleshooting of both wiring problems in cabinets as well as underground
· Understand and program video detection systems; install knockdown temporary/permanent replacement poles, signal heads, ISNS, street lighting and/or combination of these items.
· Troubleshoot and repair wiring problems in the street, up to and including the replacement of conductors in conduit; test and splice loop detectors in the street.
· Full health and pension benefits from Local Union
· Valid Driver’s License Required
