Continental Plumbing Services in New Port Richey is looking for a reliable, ambitious, and confident Customer Care Representative; one who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
We are seeking to work with an individual who is receptive and willing to grow in a role that we deem irreplaceable in the service industry.
This role will be in office only.
Full Time or Part Time available

NOTE: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR ON-THE-PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. SERVICE TITAN EXPERIENCE IS A PRIORITY (BUT NOT REQUIRED).
- Answers incoming calls, emails, and text messages/chats.
- Assists existing commercial and residential customers in booking service requests.
- Establishes customer accounts by documenting location, billing address, contact information, and other required information. Communicates concise and accurate information.
- Provides customer retention by providing high level customer service and offering alternatives to cancellation request.
- Averages answering approximately 20-80 inbound calls per day.
- Averages answering calls in fewer than 10 seconds.
- Establishes understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests through active listening.
- Strives to meet or exceed service and operational goals established for the call center to include productivity, quality, and timeliness.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through Happy Calls.
- Uses problem solving skills to work through an issue a customer may have. Utilizing notes, appropriate softwares, etc.
