Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR tasks, including implementing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role is located in Daytona Beach, FL.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills
- experience with HRIS system ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies
- Performance Management and Labor and Employment Law knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
