Continental Siding Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to fill this position. This positionassists in reaching company growth goals by finding, placing and developing talented people in appropriate positions in order to meet established revenue goals.If you are looking for a growing company with opportunities for advancement, then send us your resume! 1. Recruiting
   1. Modify, train and enforce hiring process. Utilize testing and interview criteria for candidate to pass through to each stage. Edit process as needed.
   2. Actively recruits candidates for field and officepositions.
   3. Work with Marketing department to use internet and other social media to advertise openings andopportunities.
   4. Work with Marketing department to develop printed, video and electronic promotional material about a career at Continental Siding.
   5. Directs groupinterviews.
   6. Performs initial interviews andtesting.
   7. Writes offerletters.
   8. Create job descriptions for new positions.

1. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma
2. LANGUAGE Able to read and interpret documents such as federal/state/city regulations, professional journals and procedure manuals. Able to write reports, procedures and correspondence. Able to speak effectively before groups and/or co-workers of the organization.
3. REASONING ABILITY Able to apply common sense understanding in a variety of situations to assure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
4. COMPUTER SKILLS Advanced knowledge of how to access and use the internet, social media and have a good working knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,600
