Experience and Skills:
Must have valid LPN license in good standing with the State of Ohio. Continuing Healthcare Solutions has an exciting opportunity for experienced LPN'S who are willing to float between our three facilities in the Youngstown area. This position would be required to be available on all shifts and able to rotate between three locations: Continuing Healthcare of Boardman, Continuing Healthcare at The Ridge and Continuing Healthcare of Niles. For your flexibility and willingness to travel we will be offering an hourly rate
