Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for pediatric care?
Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services seeks an experienced trach and/or vent and/or G-tube nurse to join our team and provide specialized care for a middle-school age patient in the Montgomery, IL area.
Founded over thirty years ago on the belief that many institutionalized children could benefit greatly from highly skilled in-home nursing, Continuum has been at the forefront of a nationwide movement that recognizes that for many young patients, the nurturing support of family and familiar surroundings is critical to their long-term emotional and physical wellbeing. We are Joint Commission accredited, privately held, and registered nurse managed.
Schedule needed to fill:
- Mondays (3:00pm-9:00pm)
- Every other Tuesday (3:00pm-9:00pm)
- Every other Sunday (8:00am-5:00pm) (flexible Hours)

Requirements:
- Valid IL Nursing license
- Successfully pass a background check
- Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification
