An Operations Assistant provides administrative and technical support to ensure daily business functions run smoothly. This includes but is not limited to managing office tasks, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, supporting inventory control, and improving operational processes. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including but not limited to process improvement, data entry, record keeping, production tasks, and projects.
- Coordinate with various departments (Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents.
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
- Aid in planning and executing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
