- 3 years of residential construction project management experience required
- Must be able to have critical conversations professionally to keep our homeowners up-to-speed with developments or delays
- A team player who is able to get along well and communicate respectfully with others
- Good written, oral and electronic communication in English
- Excellent technology skills with smart phones and tablets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- A valid driver license
- Good driving record to receive approval from our insurance company to drive on behalf of our company based on a 10-year official driver history record: no DWI or DUI within the past 5 years; no more than one accident or one moving violation within the past 5 years
WILLING?
- Punctual; able be at work Monday through Friday by 7:30am to 5:30pm /- with some occasional weekend work on a limited basis.
- Health and safety conscious
- In good physical condition to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions, and lift up to 100 pounds unassisted, some job site clean up may be required
- Comfortable working with heights (on ladders, using body harnesses or other fall protection) and on foundations
- A problem solver, not problem maker
- Able to pass a background check
- Drug free
