REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE: $19.00 - $19.83 /hour

Purchasing Clerk/Receiver

• Requirements: 
• • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products (produce, wine/beer, meats, seafood, etc)
  • Must have a "food handler" certification
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Professional with a strong work ethic
• Daily Operations
• • Receive deliveries at the dock
  • Review and count items delivered
  • Stock storeroom
  • Assist with month-end physical inventory counts
  • Daily cleaning within the storeroom
  • Deliver food and beverage to outlets throughout the property

Deliver guest packages as necessary
