Job Summary: Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join our member service team at one of our upscale studios! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members that love to connect with people.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable. Answer questions about services, membership options, and wellness benefits.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments using our Mindbody booking system. Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and client follow-ups.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, including the sauna and cold plunge treatment rooms, and common areas. Ensure all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
• Client Assistance: Assist clients with preparation and usage of the infrared sauna and cold plunge equipment. Provide guidance on proper usage and safety protocols.
• Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Sales Support: Assist with the promotion and sales of memberships, packages, and retail products. Provide information on current promotions and special offers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient studio operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in wellness, health, or related fields is a plus.
• Team-player, positive attitude 100% of the time!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Passion for health and wellness, and a desire to help others improve their well-being.
