Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a Receptionist & HR Admin to join our team at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. This is a full-time position in a professional office environment.

Highly proficient with computers (Windows, MS Office, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route all incoming phone calls
Greet and assist all visitors
Manage incoming mail and deliveries
Handle document scanning and indexing (paperless system)
Support HR operations and report directly to the HR Manager
Learn and use internal software systems
Compensation & Benefits:
