Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents Follow all visual aids with the distribution center in order maximize safety, quality, and productivity Contribute process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operations Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issue Fully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operations Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
