WE HAVE 2 OPENINGS. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE FOR MORNING SHIFT. HOURS ARE 5AM TO 10AM. THE SECOND POSITION IS FROM 6PM TO 10PM.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Associate/Cashier at our busy retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and promoting our products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist customers in finding the products they need, answering questions about products, and making recommendations to increase sales.

- Operate a cash register or POS system to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Demonstrate products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

- Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas.

- Assist with restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

- Supervise and support other team members as needed.

- Meet sales and customer service targets while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

- Participate in product demos and promotions to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

- Utilize basic math skills to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management in English, with the ability to speak a second language a plus.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in retail sales, grocery store, or customer service preferred.

- Proven ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Basic math skills.

- Ability to speak a second language is a plus.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.41 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
