What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Home Health position at Conway Regional?
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing agency programs and performs related work as assigned. Responsible for the overall administration of the agency’s health related and personal care services and the agency’s educational, infection control and quality of services. Also responsible for providing leadership, supervision, training, and direction to the clinical staff.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:
This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of
Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to
Patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and
supporting the delivery health care related services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- Five (5) years of management experience, required
- Three (3) years of home health experience, preferred
- Excellent communication skills
