Overview
The Facilities Custodian for CFC Properties is responsible for performing enhanced cleaning of downtown commercial and residential properties, including rest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 7:00a - 4:00p
• Clean windows, glass partitions, entry door glass, and/or mirrors• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming• Gather and empty trash in common-area hallways and restrooms• Clean common-area restrooms• Dust furniture, walls, stairs, baseboards, lighting fixtures, and any horizontal surface• Replenish paper products, hand soap and other products as needed• Assist maintenance with large cleaning projects• Deep clean work areas as needed
• Must work effectively with limited supervision• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements• Maintain regular and punctual attendance• Must maintain company quality and quantity standards• Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years of age• Prior cleaning experience preferred• Familiarity with and ability to use smart phones, MS Outlook • Must have reliable transportation during work hours
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand, walk for long periods of time• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, as well as bending, crouching• Able to lift 20 pounds occasionally
