What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Cook Law Office, PLLC?
Our personal injury firm is looking for an outstanding individual to join our client coordination team. Our client coordinators are the main points of contact between the law firm and it’s clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining positive client communication, obtaining client information and records, and facilitating communication between the law firm and treating physicians. Previous personal injury experience is preferred. This is a great position for someone who has worked in personal injury and wants to transition into becoming a paralegal.
This position will:
· Manage your own case load of clients
· Reaching out to clients on a weekly basis
· Sending out emails, faxes, etc.
· Assist clients in finding prescribed medical treatment
· Coordinating responses to client questions with other departments in the firm
· Ensure that every case is being handled efficiently and with the highest levels of service
Successful candidates will be:
· Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision
· Able to work well in a team
· Those with an eye for detail
· Efficient workers who can handle multiple tasks
· Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
· Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
