We are a growing Insurance Agency that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team.
Responsibilities include assisting our Agents with:
· Processing new business
· Making changes to policies
· Handling and resolving customer service inquiries
· Answering phones
· Completing administrative tasks and follow-up
· Completing various insurance tasks as assigned
This position will require multi-tasking, good attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Ideal candidate will be willing to obtain a Customer Service 4-40 license.
We offer paid time off after 90 days,10 paid holidays per year, and a health insurance allowance. This is a M-F 8-5 position located in Niceville, FL.
