What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payor Denial Anaylst position at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Careers?
The Payor Denial Analyst is responsible for maintaining the contract management system on a daily basis, researching variances and communication liaison between the facility and insurance company representatives on issues with reimbursement that arise. The position will be required to develop intimate knowledge of facility contracts with payors.
Education: GED Required/High School Diploma Preferred
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two years general office experience. Previous healthcare billing and collection experience a plus. Contracting terms, insurance policies and reimbursement method experience desired. Knowledge of general office procedures, proficient computer skills in Windows 10, Microsoft Excel, Word and numerical “ten key” proficiency.

Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday - Friday / Flexible Hours (Up to 40 hours)
Salary : $18 - $24
