Summary
We are looking for a Sales-Driven Product Manager to lead the growth and success of our PC case product line in the region. This role owns both the commercial performance and product development lifecycle. You will act as the critical bridge between the market and internal teams—turning customer insights into product innovation while driving revenue, market share, and product excellence.
SUMMARY
As a Sales Associate, you will partner with our network of distributors, resellers, and small direct accounts to ensure smooth order flow, accurate inventory management, and strong customer relationships. You’ll be the key point of contact for buyers and internal teams—driving channel growth through proactive support and problem-solving.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Confirm and process all purchase orders (POs), including manual POs for special activities.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipment, tracking, and reconciliation with our internal systems.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Channel Support & Administration
- Respond to channel emails and manage back-office admin tasks.
- Handle weekly dispute and shortage claims: gather proof of delivery, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Generate credit memos and send invoices on a weekly cadence.
- Relationship Building & Reporting
- Communicate directly with buyers and partners to nurture strong, long-term relationships.
- Produce regular channel performance reports and collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
- Problem Solving & Action Planning
- Lead escalation and resolution of critical customer issues to maintain uninterrupted business activities.
- Develop and execute inventory action plans: convert discrepancies into sell-through initiatives, promotions, or improved inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in order management, distribution, or channel sales support.
- Technical & Operational Skills
- Proficient with ERP or order-management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).orEDI system
- Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with invoice/credit-memo processes and basic accounting principles.
- Core Competencies
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: adept at investigating shortages and driving timely resolutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable liaising with buyers and internal teams.
- Personal Attributes
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
- Team player who collaborates seamlessly across functions.
- Nice to Have
