The department has received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke Gold Plus quality achievement award. We have recently started construction on a $26 million renovation and expansion of the department.

- Massachusetts EMT-P certificate required; national certification preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years current experience as a Massachusetts certified EMT-P with at least six months of administrative and quality assurance experience with EMS required
- Supervisory experience as a paramedic or EMS Security required
- Evidence of performance as a professional role model and a leader required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
