We’re looking for freelance Senior Producers in New York to join our team and bring a startup mentality to a major new client in the grocery, food experience, and FMCG space. The Job 💻

• Lead end-to-end video production, from concept to execution, ensuring content is optimized for social.
• Work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, staying ahead of platform trends.
• Oversee shoots, production logistics, and editing workflows, ensuring creative excellence.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, delivering high-quality work efficiently.
• Collaborate with editors, creatives, and freelancers to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure content aligns with brand objectives while pushing creative boundaries.

• Strong production experience, ideally in social-first content and FMCG/food-related brands.

• Ability to shoot and oversee all aspects of video production.
