Job Description

Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond has an immediate opening for technically savvy and customer focused car enthusiasts who would enjoy helping people and being around new cars. The Delivery Coordinator is a product specialists and is the subject expert on new car technology. He/she will assist the new car buyer in explaining and customizing the vehicles technology features to fit their personal needs. Additionally, the Delivery Coordinator will follow up with new car buyers to ensure world class service was provided during their buying experience.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service related position. Prior experience as an Automotive Delivery or CSI Coordinator is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and bearing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in electronic technical support and/or technical aptitude is required.
