The Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program exists to accelerate growth in talented, driven leaders through dynamic business experiences. Over what is typically a 24-to-36-month period, program participants will grow professionally and personally as they confront and solve real-world leadership challenges while traveling on the road. This program would require 100% travel after being selected to LDP.

Background Profile
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
