Short Description
Assist the supervisor in daily operations.
Ensure priority surgical trays are being processed.
Assist in employee development.
Assist in training oriented.
Experience Required
2 years experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical instruments, and equipment. (Required)
2 years experience in specific areas of focus including but not limited to surgical instrumentation, information management, or department inventory control. (Preferred)
Must possess excellent customer service skills, initiative, and ability to take independent action, and be capable of establishing and maintaining outstanding working relationships.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Completion of a Central Sterile Processing Course.
License/Certification Requirements
CSP Certification (CRCST or CBSPD Certification required).
Must maintain certification.
