We’re Hiring: Human Resource Development (HRD) Coordinator
Location: MN Office | Pay Range: $20–$26/hour | Status: Non-Exempt | Reports to: HRD Manager

We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others, and can juggle a variety of tasks with a smile. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our HR team and office operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
HR Superhero Duties:

Coordinate recruitment for non-exempt positions (post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews—maybe even shake a few hands at job fairs!)

Lead welcoming new hires and graceful exits—paperwork, orientation, and all.

Keep our files neat, our records accurate, and our programs (like STAR cards and service awards) meaningful.

Help maintain our HR content online and in our newsletters (yes, your writing may be famous one day).

Review vendor invoices and track key HR metrics.

Be a key player on the Safety Committee (cape optional).

Support all things compliance, wellness, and HR events!
Office Harmony Duties:

Keep our office stocked, tidy, and welcoming—whether that’s greeting guests or making sure we never run out of printer ink.

Support departments across the board with scheduling, reports, mailings, events, and even the occasional emergency supply run.

Help coordinate fun and meaningful events like All Staff Meetings, Health Fairs, and Open Enrollment.
Work Environment & Physical Stuff:
Mostly a desk gig, with occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Some travel (up to 10%) for job fairs and offsite events.

What You Bring:
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous office or administrative experience
