Responsibilities
Job Summary The IS Rep is responsible for developing new leads, building a customized approach based on the lead profile, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and highlighting the value of CSI-supported Cryo shipping and storage services, to ensure a smooth sales process. The IS Rep functions to support incoming sales inquiries and patient requests through the sales process including quotation and consenting transferring completed sale orders to the Customer Service teams for execution.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Prospective Client Communication
- Work within CRM, Acumatica, D365 etc. to support sales management, processing, quotation and sales order delivery.
- Master the “Why choose us” message of CSI-supported Cryo Shipping and Storage
- Deliver communication to prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, SMS and/or chat sessions
- Remain current on all procedural activities and follow-ups
- Review recorded calls with the BD manager to identify best practices and areas of opportunity
- Lead funnel management
- Management of lead data in CRM software
- Capture and record relevant lead information in CRM software
- Understanding of diverse lead profiles to build customized sales approach
- Identify data patterns and analyze results to maximize work efficiency
- Benchmark KPI’s and targets to achieve monthly goals
- Provide feedback loop for marketing efforts and support needs to improve conversion.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software, MS Office,

- Attention to detail – Checks information, picks up inconsistencies and mistakes
