POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct inquiries with customers to establish any needs with all Square 9 software.
- Work with sales to create a statement of work for every project including system design and providing input to solve unique customer issues.
- Must have STRONG project management skills.
- Build out local and web-based workflows and templates
- Check OCR applications/QR flows to assure documents are placed at the correct folder
- Work with customers IT when building workflows
- Coordinate Square 9 vendor builds with customer
- Perform onsite installs and customer training
- Conduct project management and meet expected time frames.
- Go to customers site to solve application, and various issues
- Learn current and future applications, specialized products, remote monitoring software
- Monitor internal workflows
- Take calls from customers and technicians in a dispatch function as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
